Industrial Services
Master Electrical Services, LLC, self performs all aspects of electrical work and can provide design build with our in house engineering or by subcontracting this function.
We specialize in difficult projects involving mission critical operations, heavy switchgear, UPS systems, and generators. Grain and food operations facilities and paper mill plants are among those industrial environments where we thrive. We also work for state and local municipalities in the surrounding counties.
We routinely take on additional trades such as HVAC, plumbing, and general construction when associated with electrical work to provide single point accountability for projects without the customer having to hire a general contractor.
We specialize in service work, projects, and new construction.
All Journeyman provided are licensed with the state of Virginia.
Please note that Master Electrical Services, LLC, has a General Class A Contractor’s license with classifications of Master Plumbing, Master Electrician, and Master Gasfitter and others. We are also bonded.
We have in house controls capabilities which include, installing and maintaining PLCs and VFDs among other equipment.

Industrial Working Experience
Southwood Building Systems – Spotyslvania, VA – This is an addition to the Ni River Water Treatment Facility. This includes setting new man holes for new conduit runs, installing new switchgear, VFD’s and wiring new mechanical equipment.
LBP Manufacturing – Sandston, VA – We currently perform service work on an as needed basis. We also replace defective equipment and relocate existing equipment to accommodate for new and changing arrangements.
Sonoco Products – Richmond, VA – Replace feeders for heavy duty switchgear, which includes medium voltage cable. We also work on process controls, including PLC’s, and offer design/build solutions as well as 24/7 on call service.
Perdue Agribusiness – Tappahannock, VA – We currently perform service work on an as needed basis. We also replace defective equipment and relocate existing equipment to accommodate for new and changing arrangements.

Institutional & Government Working Experience
SCWWA – Petersburg, VA – South Central Wastewater Authority needed electrical improvements to their facility, including a new electrical room with new panels, switchgear and PLC’s.
VDOT – Richmond, VA and surrounding counties – We are presently performing contract work and have replaced multiple generators at multiple locations. We also provide preventive maintenance on transformers and heavy duty switchgear.
City of Richmond – Richmond, VA – Replaced a 2.5 megawatt generator, replaced the UPS system from one system to two systems and ran support for the mechanical upgrade for the boiler and chiller replacement.
Honeywell Federal Division for the Army Corps of Engineers – Performed metering of electrical services.
