This is a leadership role overseeing field operations, crews, safety, scheduling, and quality across multiple commercial and industrial electrical projects. Most positions are first shift, with compensation based on experience and project scope.

Job Scope May Include:

  • Overseeing daily field operations on multiple job sites
  • Managing foremen, journeymen, apprentices, and subcontractors
  • Ensuring all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with code
  • Coordinating schedules, manpower, and material deliveries
  • Reviewing project plans, specifications, and schedules
  • Conducting site walks, inspections, and quality control reviews
  • Working closely with project managers, general contractors, and inspectors
  • Enforcing company safety policies and jobsite safety requirements
  • Supporting project closeout, punch lists, and final inspections

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in commercial and/or industrial electrical construction
  • Strong working knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes

Master Electrical Services, LLC is hiring an Industrial Electrician who will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in industrial environments. This role requires strong technical knowledge, the ability to read and interpret drawings, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Install and terminate conduit, cable tray, and industrial wiring systems
  • Install, wire, and troubleshoot motors, VFDs, and control panels
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and one-line diagrams
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on industrial electrical systems
  • Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment (preferred)
  • Ensure all work complies with NEC and local codes
  • Follow company and site-specific safety procedures
  • Work independently or as part of a crew

Qualifications:

  • Journeyman Electrician license (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years of industrial electrical experience
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with motor controls and 480V systems
  • Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics
  • OSHA 10 or 30 preferred
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
